Its integrated 360-degree soft air cushion vinyl bumper safeguards walls, doors, and equipment, reducing costly impact damage in hospitals, hotels, schools, and commercial facilities.
The truck features a durable 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701 compliant) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV exposure, and tearing. The liner is fully sewn to the framework—not merely riveted—ensuring extended durability and long service life.
Constructed with a zinc-plated, all-welded heavy-gauge square steel tubular base and frame, this unit contains no wood components, enhancing structural integrity and hygiene. Ships fully assembled and ready to use. Its nesting capability allows efficient storage and optimized shipping.
Standard 5" patented Clean Wheel System™ casters provide smooth maneuverability and excellent load performance. Optional 6" caster upgrades, including semi or fully pneumatic options, are available to meet specific mobility needs.
Note: The top vinyl bumper is not flame retardant.
